- Returns are not accepted unless the wrong item has been received.
- If a return is needed due to this reason, the item must have not been worn or taken out the box.
- Once items have been dispatched, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Proof of postage can be provided and packages are unlikely to arrive damaged as they are delivered in padded bubble bags.
- Due to the eyelashes being handmade, they are not guaranteed to look 100% the same each time. However, there will not be major differences.
- please note that if the wrong address is provided at the checkout, refunds will not be available and the item will not be replaced, so please double check the address is correct before purchasing your item.
- Orders made on Saturdays will most likely be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Weekends do not count as working days.
